The owner of Fuji Yama Teppanyaki Restaurant was one of the first Teppanyaki chef in Sydney since 1978. In 1988 he had opened the first Teppanyaki style restaurant in Wollongong and is popular and well known in the region. It continues today and attracts many regular customers both local and from overseas. With many years of experience in Japanese Teppanyaki, the owner has decided to bring his fusion of traditional and fresh modern style to Sydney.
